Joey

Joey was born in 1975 in Olney, MD and has been drawing since she could hold a pencil.  Her favorite thing to draw when she was young was Sylvester the Cat and she drew one or two for everyone she knew!  It was always just a hobby and she always kept it fun.  Her first wall mural was in 1991 and it was a Sylvester the Cat playing field hockey on her bedroom wall.  She was invited to join the National Art Honor Society and is still a member.  She has been working full time since graduation and was in the real estate title business.  After being laid off recently from her job of 11 years, she decided now is the time to do what she wants.  She has been married to her high school crush for over 10 years and has 2 beautiful little girls and her 3rd rescued pug.  Rescuing pugs, caring for the environment and scrapbooking are among her other hobbies.  She resides with her family in Manchester, MD.
